In ever loving memory of our gentle, kind and loving Mum, Helena Catherine Corr who sadly passed away peacefully on 5th May 2026.
She was a friend to everyone who knew her, one of a kind who can never be replaced, an amazing aunt, a wonderful Granny and the best Mum you could ever wish for.
Mum’s funeral will be a service of thanksgiving for her long and full life.
On Wednesday 3rd June 2026,
The funeral will begin with a Requiem Mass at St Peter & The Guardian Angels Church, 72 Paradise Street, Rotherhithe, London, SE16 4QD at 10:30.
We will continue on to The South London Crematorium, Rowan Road, Streatham, London, SW16 5JG at 12:30.
The Funeral Reception will be held at Millwall Football Club, Docherty’s Bar, John Berylson Way, London SE16 3LN, at 2:30.

If you would rather send a donation to NSPCC there will be a donation box.

I’d like to thank everyone that attended mummy’s wake and funeral, thank you for the flowers, cards, donations and all the kind messages. Thank you also to the family and friends who wanted to attend but were not able too! Mummy’s 2 days were filled with so much love and respect. I think she would have been proud of all of us.
There are no words that can describe how great a loss it is to lose your mum and now for us it’s the same.
God Bless you mum and keep you safe. May you rest in eternal peace with daddy, all your family and dear friends. And as always mum love you the whole world over and back again and as always “see you soon mum” xx

You were a shining light full of love, laughter and kindness. Always ready to welcome us home with a twinkle in your eye, cup of tea, nibbles (3 course meal) and chatter.
We were all called ‘the child’ which we loved! ready for hugs and cuddles. Such amazing memories which will stay with us always.
Annie and Eugine, your mummy was literally one in a million, loved by everyone lucky enough to have known her.

Dear Aunty Billie,
It truly is the end of an era. You were a large part of my life growing up. I remember you telling me that I was a month old when you first came to England aged 19 in November 1957. It must have been a daunting experience to leave Carrigallen and come to London but your brother John my Dad was already here so that helped. I remember when you lived below us at 37 Tunstall Rd in Brixton. We had some good times Christmas parties then the christenings and weddings. We had such great laughs.
When I popped in to St James Rd the kettle went straight on for the tea lots of tea then enough sandwiches to feed an army and then cake. Nobody ever left your house hungry. And we talk for hours.
I know life wasn't always easy but you got on with things and I never heard you complain. I remember when you bought St James Rd my Dad was so happy and proud when you did that.
You are now at peace with your husband Eugene, parents Pat and Ellen, sister Alice and brothers Matt, John, Frank, Hugh and Christy. There will be some crack up there when you all meet up.
Sincere condolences to Ann,John Liam,Eugene,Terry, and Frankie.
Rest in peace Aunty Billie you will be sadly missed by everyone who knew you.
