Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to Joanna and everyone at Albins for going above and beyond to make sure that my Nans funeral would be exactly how she wanted it. From supporting me and guiding me through the decisions that had to be made, accommodating all the requests that I made. They were all truly amazing. Jamie and everyone involved in my nans final journey did everything to ensure that the day went smoothly and was carried out with such care, attention to detail and real class.  I could not have asked for  more.

This is the third time I have had to ask Albins for help. First it was my Dad's funeral then my Brother's now my Mum's. As always I cannot thank them enough their thoughtfulness and professionalism deserves more praise then I can award them. If I didn't think that I wouldn't have gone back to them. So thank you everyone at Albins.

Having lived in rotherhithe all my life as so my parents and grandparents we as a family over the years have had a close relationship with Albins starting before Barry.. then Barry taking over and running a strict regimental uttermost respectful service and then in the most latter years Simone and John becoming the forefront of this wonderful establishment and offering the same devoted quality of service.
December 03- 2021 we so desperately needed to call on Albins again as we sadly lost our beautiful dad Bertie and needed so much to send dad home to be with God and wanted to make his last journey here a most remarkable one.. just like in the past they delivered.. they so delivered.. and we were able to say goodbye with the utmost class.
So thank you to all at Albins especially Simone whom had  personally taken over the arrangements for dad and the girls at the forefront of the desk who only ever greeted us with warmth kindness and sincerity also to the boys and men that drove  the cars and took great care of family members, the coachman  that  steered the  horses and carriage,  and to David who took great care and looked after dad when we couldn’t be there for him 
God bless you all we are so proud to have this little gem in the heart of our homeland x

Very professional and efficient staff. As a family this was our first experience arranging a funeral and although a difficult process it was made seem less by Joanna and the team. On the day George was on hand to go through every stage of the day. Any questions we needed to ask was never an issue or problem. We had family travel from Ireland and they were so impressed on how professional, organised and efficient the whole day went. We as a family are so grateful that our Dad had the send off he deserved. Highly professional service from a start to finish. Albin’s  took care of every detail from collecting my Mum to her burial, no request was too much for them to action.

The funeral director, John, and his team were very respectful throughout. 

So glad I chose Albins to take care of my Mum on her final journey.

From the day Our Dad passed Albins went out of their way to help us as a family, especially my Mum, Everyone was so kind in Albins.
Scott was amazing and kept us informed of everything more or less daily via emails and phone calls, even the day before the funeral he called me to make sure everything was ok & we was ok as a family.
The day of the funeral was obviously upsetting but all involved couldn't have been more patient and caring towards us all and my Dad and all the guest.
Beautiful service given by Father John just as we arranged and so much respect given from all of Albins.
Thank you all from the Atkinson family, you made my Dad's final journey a celebration of his life and made it special like Our Dad deserved... Thank you.

Almost everybody that goes through this process does so without experience, and at the worst point. Truly, I always felt supported, that I had a friend, and that there was little to worry about.
Our previous vicar from a parish some distance away helped take the funeral. He was impressed by your service and professionalism. I’m sure that his view is the most informed.

Organising a funeral for the first time, after just losing my Dad, was a very daunting prospect. From the first moment I contacted them right through to the end of the funeral, Albin's gently guided me through the whole process in a tactful and supportive way. I only had to speak to one person, Simon, from start to finish; this made such a difference because everything felt so personal. Simon was always prompt, responsive, professional, incredibly patient with any changes to plans and just very kind. He went out of his way to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for us. Given my family are Iranian, there were also some cultural differences in terms of the funeral (e.g. music, readings, practices); again, Albin's were excellent with all of this. I feel like I've been very lucky and I can't recommend them enough.
