Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy and probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do it’s overwhelming and where do you start was the biggest challenge for me and the biggest worry was will the funeral directors look after and take good care of my dad i quickly realised that this was definitely the case and my worries were over regarding my fathers care I’m so fortunate that Albins was our 1st choice Albins went above and beyond to give our family the peace of mind that was well needed during this sad time they kept us updated and informed throughout always ready to answer questions and make suggestions highly sympathetic and easy to talk too I had no doubt after meeting them for the 1st time that we had made the best choice this continued right  the way up to the big send off when Albins  arrived for the big day I was blown away with the level of respect and integrity the dress wear reminded of royalty there posture and stance showed commitment and confidence the coordination of getting the convoy aligned on a very busy tight narrow road was impressive they carried out all of our requests on convoy stoping to lay flowers at my dads favourite spots was done with pride when we arrived at my dads final destination was nothing short of admiralty I can’t thank Albins enough for there outstanding performance and will be forever thankful and grateful for all there hard efforts and it didn’t stop there even after the funeral they checked in and are still continuing to do so I know it’s not always about money at a time like this as we would pay any amount for peace of mind however money was a concern at the beginning as it is for most luckily my dad put money away for the funeral as he didn’t want to burden us with the cost once we had our 1st meeting and was waiting for the quote to come through which didn’t take long and wasn’t left worrying for too long whether we had enough funds to cover it as we requested more than the average funeral I was blown away with the cost and was expecting it to be alot more than it was Albins ticked all the boxes for me I would highly recommend them to anyone I can’t thank them enough

I would like to thank F.A Albin and Sons for recently organising the funeral for my older brother Colvin Small.  My brother did not want a fussy funeral and during that period when organising a funeral can be very emotional and stressful talking to professional funeral directors, and in my case it was Simon and then his son James who oversaw the funeral on the day made the whole process easy. I didn’t have to do anything as they organised everything that I requested.   What I liked most was there was no stressful phone calls and Simon showed a lot of empathy throughout the whole process. Would I recommend them again if I lived in their catchment area absolutely so thank-you again. Regina Mambu-Small

I cannot praise Albin & Sons enough. Simon helped and guided me and family through a very difficult period for us. Of course most people in our position haven't planned for the loss of a brother so unexpectedly, so with Simon's help and guidance we managed to arrange a beautiful service. It made everyone remember my brother for who he was, not how he died.

from the moment we contacted Albin's when our mum had sadly passed they were extremely helpful and professional.
all their staff showed the family compassion and empathy. and guided us on all the arrangements that needed to be done.
on the day of her funeral we were very touched by the little things that Albin's did such as placing a white rose at all the places where our mum had lived. no one does it quite like Albin's.

Albins conducted my mum’s funeral with such incredible grace, dignity, and professionalism. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The care, attention to detail, and compassion shown to our family made such a difficult time so much easier to bear.




So many people commented afterwards that they had never seen a funeral held so beautifully and so well organised. That truly speaks volumes about the standard of service Albins provides.




They also arranged my dad’s funeral four years ago, and the experience was just as exceptional. On both occasions, Joanna took care of everything for us. She was compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly organised, guiding us through every step with kindness and reassurance. Knowing we were in such capable hands brought us immense comfort.




A special thank you as well to Jon and the lads, who carried out their roles with such respect and professionalism. Their kindness, dignity, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and meant so much to us as a family.




I cannot thank Albins — and especially Joanna — enough for giving both of my parents the most dignified and fitting farewell. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone
