Your whole team made such a difference to my and my family's and friends' experience of my Dad's funeral. I could not have imagined how good you were going to be; I have never seen a funeral 'done so well'.

From my first telephone call until we were dropped off at the end - perfect. The precision in movement, the timing, the tone of voice, the ideas that were offered up front - including leaving the flowers at my grandparents' grave (we would never have thought of that), how the reception staff first spoke with me on my first visit; I am indebted to everyone for making it so professional but also so personal at the same time. It was everything my Dad would have wanted - and some. It is very obvious why he chose your company for this final part of his 'life'.

We cannot thank our funeral directors enough. As a family-run business, they truly showed this in the way they cared for and looked after us. They were kind, respectful, caring, helpful, and professional at all times. In a moment when we didn’t know how to move forward, they guided us with understanding and compassion, helping us make the decisions needed for my husband’s – and my children’s father’s – funeral.
They were efficient, timely, and always contactable, continually going above and beyond to support us through the hardest day of our lives. Their dedication made an unthinkable time just a little more bearable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a team that truly cares.

Caroline , and  then Jamie and team on the day  of the funeral were brilliant .
Caroline guided me through the planning of the funeral and Jamie and team did the same on the day .
They are lovely , compassionate , knowledgeable, supportive .

The team at Albins have been absolutely incredible. We are so fortunate to have this team as our local funeral directors. They have showed us compassion and treated us with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. A special mention goes to Donna who took care of all of the details and was always on hand to chat to the family about any topic they wanted taken care of. Another special mention for Chris, who was in charge on the day and done the family proud! Chris was so professional under the difficult circumstances and showed so much care and attention to detail, which meant my father got the send off he deserved. 

Thank you also to all of the drivers, who put the family at ease on such an emotional day, we really do appreciate each and every one of you.

They are professional, compassionate, and treat you like family from start to finish. Every little touch is thought of and nothing is ever too much trouble. We recently entrusted F.A. Albin & Sons with the funeral arrangements for our beloved mum, June Hall, and we cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire team.
From the very first phone call—late at night—the support we received was outstanding. The team who came to collect Mum treated her with such dignity and respect, arriving in full funeral attire and handling everything with grace. From that point on, every step of the journey felt deeply personal and handled with great sensitivity.
Meeting with Donna to plan the funeral felt like more than just logistics—it was a shared tribute to our mum. Every visit to the Chapel of Rest was met with warmth and kindness from the reception staff, which provided us with comfort during an incredibly difficult time.
On the day of the funeral, everything was flawless. John and the drivers were not only professional but incredibly thoughtful. One especially moving moment was when John suggested we walk behind the hearse while a special song played—an unforgettable gesture that turned into one of the most meaningful parts of the day.
Albins truly thinks of everything. Even the smallest touches—umbrellas, water, and tissues in all the vehicles—made a difference and showed how much they care.
We are so grateful to everyone at Albins for giving our mum the most beautiful, respectful, and dignified send-off we could have imagined. Their service and compassion have left a lasting impression on our whole family.

F.A.Albin and Sons are absolutely amazing! The time and effort they put in with us to ensure that our Mum’s funeral was perfect when she made her last journey was second to none!
