Good service, except the flowers I had requested were omitted from the final order. And that was disappointing on the day of the funeral when the coffin arrived without the flowers.

Mark and his colleagues on the day of the funeral were amazing, and ensured the day went well and everything was taken care of. However, the administrative office service was poor. When we arrived at the Co-op in Eltham we were taking into a room to start discussions  but then when we told them we had a pre-paid funeral plan, they  ended the meeting and asked us to come back another time. When we went back the second time, we were offered the worse funeral times (approx 9.00am or 4.00pm) I eventually got given 10.00am after insisting those times would not work for us. I believe this is because they want to keep the popular funeral times for clients without pre paid plans. The member of staff was clearly disgruntled that I wouldn’t accept the early/late times and again, quickly ended the meeting without explaining the order of service booklets/ flowers/ music for the funeral etc in any detail.  I had to email and go back into the Co-op to clarify this informatio ... n on several occasions as it was not forthcoming. This lack of care meant I felt anxious through the whole period leading up to the funeral as I did not have the confidence in the admin to have everything in place. Finally, the coffin was not the one chosen in our meeting, same coffin but different colour. This was after them trying to sell us other, more expensive  coffins, so not sure if this was a deliberate mistake or incompetence. I was very polite in all my interactions with the office as I wanted the funeral to go smoothly and was acutely aware my deceased mother was in their care.  more

We couldn't be more happy with Co op Funeralcare, from the first visit, to the end of the funeral they were so helpful, professional and kind. Everything went so well and there were no worries. We were guided through the whole process and kept informed of everything and the day couldn't have gone better! I would recommend them to anyone, Thankyou!

This was a double funeral for both my parents so I really wanted it to be something special. I was very pleased with everything regarding the arrangements. All of those involved in the arrangements and on the day were very friendly and helpful. The funeral service was lovely just as I wanted it. Family members who attended the service and also those who watched it online commented on how lovely it was too.

We received such great service from everyone we dealt with at co-op funeral care in Eltham. Jenna and Louise in the office were so helpful answering my many questions and John on the actual day was so kind, helpful and professional - he made a very difficult day so much easier and run like clockwork. We were able to give my Nan the best send off thanks to their help. Thank you.
