Lana has been so supportive throughout this difficult journey. She took the time to explain, and sometimes re-explain when needed, how everything works and what each step of the process involved. She was always just a phone call away, and her support extended through to the collection of Mom’s ashes, making a very hard time a little easier. Thank you Lana!

Lana from TDM was very kind and helpful through the process, unfortunately, there was a delay with the death certificate which my family did not know how to expedite and eventually Lana was able to sort out this situation satisfactorily. We would have appreciated some advice in the early stages. Lana returned the Ashes and possession with grace and care, very much appreciate her care.

TDM were excellent and I highly recommend them.

I chose a simple cremation for my partner, something we agreed on before he passed, which cost a total of £899 - the price advertised - no nasty surprises or added extras. I chose a simple cardboard box for the ashes as these are being taken abroad to be scattered.

Everything was handled via email (my choice) and went smoothly. I asked if fingerprints could be taken and TDM provided all 10 fingerprints via email and in print when the ashes were delivered. TDM advised on the cremation date and hand delivered the ashes shortly afterwards. The delivery was very respectful, the gentleman was suited in black and white despite it being in the recent heatwave.

I was hesitant initially but need not have worried as TDM were excellent and true to their word. Other companies I had looked at advertised one price, all of which was more than TDM, but then when you read further they wanted to charge extra if the individual was over a certain height or weight, depending on where the collection was from, etc.

I am surprised that TDM do not have more reviews, this was one of the things that made me hesitant, but I can only assume this is because most people are not up to writing a review whilst still grieving. These reviews are essential as it is a difficult enough process without having reviews to reassure you.

Please do not hesitate to use TDM, their service, the respect they show and the professional manner with which they handle everything is exceptional and the price they charge is extremely reasonable.

My thanks to Lana and everyone at TDM for making a painful process as smooth, hassle free and painless as possible.

I dealt with Lana for my dad’s service, she was amazing. I felt that Lana was professional yet had the unique skill of bringing humour to a sad situation which was very much needed. I could not be more grateful than I am to Lana at TDM, she has helped my daughter and I so much, from the initial stages of setting up the funeral, through all the planning, allaying all our worries and fears with excellent communication and letting us know what we had to do by when, to then on the day conducting the actual funeral with such dignity and professionalism. I cannot thank you enough, it felt like you were a true friend throughout. I am so glad we chose TDM.

This was the first time that I had to organise a funeral and I can't thank TDM Funeral Services enough, Lana, in particular was absolutely amazing and made a very difficult time easier to navigate, from my initial call, I felt at ease and knew everything was in good hands, Lana was always a call away, always there when I needed to ask random, silly questions...

On the day of the funeral, the professionalism was outstanding, second to none! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending TDM and the celebrants they use, everything about the whole process was faultless and if I could give 10 stars I would! Heartfelt thanks all round.
