Simon and Karen were just incredibly caring from the outset.  Every question was answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble.  The day of the funeral was professionally handled and each staff member showed empathy and care throughout the day.  Thank you so much Albin & Hitchcock

I am a Kenyan and was part of the team that arranged Marianne's funeral mass in the UK. This was our first interaction with funeral directors and had no idea where to start or what to expect. Alvin & Hitchcock, you were exceptionally cordial, empathetic, friendly and courteous. You held our hands and accommodated all our requests. Your services were simply STELLAR! The entire day spent with you, Alvin (about 7 hrs) was impeccable and extremely beautiful. Alvin, you were family (not just a service provider) and because of your dedication, we gave Marianne the most befitting send off! The personal care and attention to detail shown by the staff was impressive The firm was pleasant and easy to deal with and everything was done with great respect and dignity, with sensitivity to the situation of the deceased, an elderly religious sister, and us as members of her Religious Community. We found Albins to be both understanding and sympathetic to our needs. They were in contact with us all the way guiding us through the paperwork and requirements for the funeral service and interment of our mother.  On the day of the funeral Jamie was exceptionally helpful and sympathetic and took us through the motions of what was required of us with no fuss and total respect.
