The whole team at F A Albin Mottingham from the very beginning at meeting Neil to the day of our mums funeral was met with exemplary professionalism, kindness & care. I couldn't fault in any way.
We'd like to thank you all for making the day go so perfectly & giving the best send off we could of asked for or wonderful mum . A special mention to George who lead our cars to Kemnal park. His gentleness helped me in not going into a full blown panic attack when our mum arrived.
We'd like also to thank you so much for recommending Jo. We genuinely don't think we would have got through the day without her. You got it so right.
Many people at the wake praised her professional approach added with kindness & humanity.

Denise Creed was a great source of advice and help during the preparations for the funeral of my sister Mary. The staff who collected Mary from the house after her death were very considerate and respectful. George and his team of pallbearers did Mary proud, and guided the family thoughtfully throughout.

After a false start with a national chain, we were lucky to find Albins through a Google search. As we live over 300 miles away we didn’t know the local Funeral Directors so we’re somewhat worried. 
From the first call with Neil we knew we had found the right one. The distance was no barrier to him and he was happy to help us plan things from afar. 
He was helpful, professional and prompt at responding on email or telephone. All his recommendations for associated services were excellent e.g. Flowers by Kate SE9 and the Celebrant Teresa Redmond. 
On the day of the funeral Albins were so professional and respectful and contributed hugely to the perfect send off for our loved one.

I would definitely recommend F A Albin Mottingham as funeral directors. We found Neil, the funeral arranger, to be very caring & understanding as he helped us organise my husband's funeral after his sudden & unexpected death.

It was never going to be any one else but Albin’s since 1956 when my Nan died 
 and the family tradition began. Several members of the family have had Albin’ since.
My Husband’s funeral was made so perfect by the professionalism they gave us.
We were treated with dignity and respect all the way and I will be forever grateful for them making his day a day to remember.

From the moment we walked into F A Albin & Sons in Mottingham, we knew they were the ones we wanted to handle my father-in-law’s funeral. The empathy and professionalism shown by Denise from our very first conversation made the entire process far more bearable during an incredibly emotional and stressful time.

Denise guided us through everything with such care, and we’ll always be grateful for the support and warmth she offered. The conversations we had with Neil were also a real comfort — as with Denise, he took the time to listen, to understand, and to make sure everything felt just right.

On the day itself, George the conductor and his team were simply outstanding. The vintage Rolls Royce hearse was a perfect tribute to our 92-year-old Dad/father-in-law, Ron. Watching George lead the hearse down the road Ron had lived on his entire life was incredibly moving and will stay with us forever.

Every single member of the team was respectful, professional, and treated Ron as though he was as special to them as he was to us. we honestly can’t rate them highly enough. Their attention to detail, compassion, and calm presence meant the world to us.

Thank you, F A Albins, for helping us give our Dad/Ron the farewell he so deserved.
