Consummate professionals.  Every consideration given to me and my family.
Kind, understanding and thoughtful.  Attention given to every little detail.
I cannot praise each member of their team enough.
Sadly we experienced a national company in March that were completely the opposite.
The other hyphenated company allowed my Father in Law's funeral arrangements to drag out for six weeks and made no effort to help bring closure any quicker.
I would highly recommend FA Albin's.

Albin's was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so pleased they did. We cannot fault the service and attention that was afforded to us by them. Right from the time that they came to take my husband away from my home, the meetings with Neil at the Mottingham office, and on the day of my husband's funeral, their attention to detail and understanding was exceptional. Many of the mourners commented on how wonderful they were. I cannot recommend this company more highly. We could not have been taken better care of as a family, on the day everyone was fantastic, but Lee in particular took really good care of Mum and I.

We intitially made all our arrangements with Jo, who was covering at the Mottingham branch, and she was amazing. Her professional, yet warm manor made the whole experience much more bearable.

As a family we’ve used Albins for years and years, and will continue to do so.

We’d expected excellent service with attention to detail but in fact we got more than that. Right from collecting mum to the reception from Neil at the Mottingham office the following day, we felt looked after and everything was taken care of.  On the day of the funeral, we always felt like we were the most important thing in their day and that of course went for dear mum too.  We cannot fault Albins in any way.

Neil at the Mottingham branch is excellent at what must be an extremely challenging job. He explained everything to me very calmly and nothing was too much trouble. As a result, the whole process was a lot easier to deal with. His paperwork was spot on and I had no concerns that it would not run smoothly.
The men who came on the day were amazing. The main person (Steve?) was so respectful and very good at his job. The little extra touches like tissues and water in the car just add to an extremely professional service.
I recommend Albins to anyone who has the unfortunate task of organising a funeral. Their services are first class.

Where do we start... From beginning to end Neil couldn’t do enough for us from making sure we knew immediately that our mum was in the care of Albins to the day of the funeral when he was standing on the corner to pay his respects as we went past on our way to the funeral.Nothing was too much trouble .
On the day of the funeral the conductor made sure everything ran smoothly like a military operation ( without the Sargent major) never making us feel rushed and after the service giving us as much time as we needed to view mums flowers and speak to the vast amount of people that came to pay their respects. 
We would like to thank everyone that was involved in giving our mum the send off that she deserved we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you . The Reed family

The service we received from Albins in Mottingham was exemplary. Neil and all the guys on the day were brilliant. They treated dad with the upmost respect and took care of all aspects of the funeral beautifully. They were kind and even the GP who went to see dad after death commented on how well he was presented. I unreservedly recommend Albins I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
