Where do we start... From beginning to end Neil couldn’t do enough for us from making sure we knew immediately that our mum was in the care of Albins to the day of the funeral when he was standing on the corner to pay his respects as we went past on our way to the funeral.Nothing was too much trouble .
On the day of the funeral the conductor made sure everything ran smoothly like a military operation ( without the Sargent major) never making us feel rushed and after the service giving us as much time as we needed to view mums flowers and speak to the vast amount of people that came to pay their respects. 
We would like to thank everyone that was involved in giving our mum the send off that she deserved we wouldn’t have been able to do it without you . The Reed family

I cannot thank Neil at the Mottingham branch enough, he organised everything which was perfect.. Steve who was at the service made sure everything run smoothly.
The staff were all attentive to the family needs.

Very professional and easy to deal with. My auntie looked lovely in the chapel and it helped to be able to visit her at other times. Neil was very helpful in planning the funeral.

The service we received from Albins in Mottingham was exemplary. Neil and all the guys on the day were brilliant. They treated dad with the upmost respect and took care of all aspects of the funeral beautifully. They were kind and even the GP who went to see dad after death commented on how well he was presented. I unreservedly recommend Albins I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for giving dad a great send off.

If I could give 10+ I would.from the start when George and I think Bobby took Ruth they did it with amazing dignity. When I started dealing with Neil it was like having a best friend helping me along the way.Nothing was ever too much every time I saw I spoke to him I felt better knowing that he took another problem off me .
On the day John and the guys were absolutely fantastic and helped us to give Ruthie the send off she deserved .
I hope I don’t see them all again in the near future but be assured anything to do with me or my friends I know who I’ll be contacting .

When I entrusted Albins to undertake the funeral of the most precious person to me I knew it wasn’t a mistake. 
Neil at the Mottingham branch dealt with everything from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and everything explained every step of the way. 
All timings were prompt. From arrangements to funeral service to collection of ashes Albins tick all my boxes, so very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anybody and should I need this service in future I will definitely be back.

F.A. Albin & Sons exceeded all expectation in the handling of my mother's funeral. Before and on the day, everything was attended to with thoughtful care and utmost dignity. The celebrant they introduced us to was wonderful, and worked with us in an un-rushed way to produce a very moving eulogy. Overall, they made a huge difference to our experience during this trying time. Thank you again Neil, Steven and everyone else involved.

From the first time me, my mum & sister called Albins at 3am on 11/07/17 their service was impeccable & so respectful. They came when we asked them to collect dad, they drove out of sight down the road very slow in respect and bowed to dad after putting him in vehicle. We then had the pleasure of meeting Neil at the Mottingham branch who was wonderful and again very respectable and treated us as friends not clients and helped us choose the perfect funeral for Dad. Then Jo took over whilst Neil was away & Dad came back to the Chapel of Rest, she made us feel so welcome even when I wanted to visit everyday! We felt safe knowing she was looking after Dad. Then comes to the day before the funeral Dad wanted to come home and that he did with Albins providing a fully manned hearse in uniform bringing him home in style & supplying candles a a cross which made the ambiance feel very comfortable. On the dreaded day Simon & his men again were very respectable and made us feel at ease and treated us like friends and looked after Dad in his journey to his final resting place. Absolutely fantastic service from Albins, Dad would have been very pleased - thank you from The Pritchard's xxx
