I and my family were very impressed with the standard of service and care given arround my Mother's funeral. Kayleigh was lovely and patient and at all times ,whilst being very professional, kind and friendly.
Mark who drove us all was also very professional and kind . Although I don't have everyone's names we woukd like to extend our appreciation to the whole team.

When I was looking to pay for a funeral they were fantastic however when we decided to just go for a direct the service was awful. It was as if they did not care when they realised they were not making a lot of money. Shame really

Kayleigh looked after my mums family, we had a problem with the casket but Kayleigh stepped in and made my mums day go ahead with her family commenting on how proud my mum would of been, with the sadness of mum’s passing, her last  visit to her special hairdressers and her last event was beautiful, all was made possible with Kayleigh at the funeral care from co- op

I cannot recommend Kayleigh and her team highly enough.
All the necessary arrangements were made quietly and efficiently. Kayleigh recommended a lovely celebrant, Helen, who was a true professional.
The team that supported us on the day of the funeral were equally considerate.
I particularly appreciated the follow up call a day or two later, checking that we were happy with everything.

Our family have used Co-Op Funeralcare services for many years.  Again at this difficult time for us all they were courteous, kind and professional throughout the organisation and in carrying out the funeral on the day.  Hopefully we won't need their services again for a while but they will always be our first choice.

The arrangements for my brother-in-law were dealt with efficiently and sympathetically despite the covid difficulties.
The funeral directors were professional and friendly. Despite the fact that I was dealing with them at a distance, everything went smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.
