Excellent service from all of the staff. Lisa was lovely and so understanding and professional and guided us through what was a very difficult time. The pall bearers were efficient and respectful and Mary Stupple the celebrant was caring, efficient and warm.

On the day itself, Dan, David, Dominic, and Paul were the utmost professionals. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they ensured everything ran perfectly. They made all our family and friends feel supported and cared for, and most importantly, they helped us give my late mother, Jackie Winter, an amazing send-off that truly celebrated her life.

At such an incredibly sad and difficult time of mine and my families life, the loss of my Mother and the process of a funeral, was made as smooth as possible by Lisa at this amazing company. Never having to deal with this process before Lisa at the West Malling funeral directors guided us through every element of what needed to happen and when.
She held our hand through each and every step with such care and empathy. In addition she gave us details of all the local companies who could also help us. It was like a one stop for all that we needed.
We requested a particular hymn and as it was relatively new she, along with our lovely Vicar, went above and beyond to get exactly what we wanted.

It is clear that they have a very long history of caring for families and their loved in a very professional personalised manner.

We are so very grateful for the wonderfully compassionate service that Lisa and Keith at Stephen P Gay Funeral Service, West Malling, gave to us as we prepared for our mum's funeral. We received regular emails and telephone calls to update us every step of the way, as well as in person meetings to help us with all that needed to be arranged. Their professionalism and extensive knowledge of what was needed made everything easier to cope with at a difficult time. Lisa was very prompt in answering any queries that we had, either over the phone, by email or when we popped into the office. We felt looked after and cared for at every stage, as they did everything they could to alleviate our worries.
