Very supportive and friendly staff.  Happy to let you arrange your own parts of the service if you want to e.g. flowers, order of service etc.  You feel valued and they guide you through everything before and on the day of the funeral.

Absolutely fabulous service from Viners, as usual. They are extreamly knowledgeable, caring and compasionate and elininate many of the stresses of organising a funeral - I have never known them to say no to any request or not find a solution to any problem

Also. the flowers were beautiful, we had to keep touching the Oxford blue roses, in case they were silk, but they weren't.

Having prepaid for our funerals some time ago, the funeral day and time was booked very quickly, and the after care of my wife was as l myself would like to be cared for. Right from my initial contact with Viners, through to the funeral, dealing with the same person made the arrangements to view my beloved wife twice to the printing of the service papers which l changed once or twice, no problem at all. Old style respect and courtesy to deal with a modern day sadness.
