Arranging the funeral was the easiest part.

Communication was great and the execution was faultless.

The service provided by Co-op funeral care was very good. They would have received 5 stars, had it not been for the fact that their limo did not arrive due to it being stuck as there was an accident. Although, a full refund was given.
On saying that, the care and support received from the staff at their office was exceptional, especially the support received from Kayleigh. Thank you Kayleigh.

The service we received was brilliant we were talked through every step of the process. The girls in the office were so caring and understanding as none of us had ever had to sort out a funeral before . Would also like to thank the drivers and the guys that carried the coffin they were so lovely and it felt like they were part of the family asking if we needed anything or if they could help in anyway fantastic service. This was the Maidstone branch just off the High Street. Thank you so much.

From the initial telephone contact right through to collecting  the ashes, the service and assistance the family received from all the staff was very professional, compassionate and very patient whilst we decided on the arrangements.
