Based on my recent experience (March 2026), I cannot rate this company more highly. From the expert and compassionate advice and guidance I had from Alison to the professional and compassionate experience my family and I received on the day of the funeral from Scott, Ross and Darren.

The only 'bump in the road' was with production of the order of service; however, as soon as we raised the issue, it was sorted quickly and professionally.

I would highly recommend this company for anybody who has the unfortunate need to do so.

On behalf of our family, thank you so much for your help and guidance in planning Dad's funeral. From our initial phone call with Alison, then meeting, and all the contact leading up to the day, we felt in very safe hands, this was our first experience of arranging a funeral and although very hard you made the process much easier for us.
We couldn't have asked for more and the day was a perfect send off for Dad, everything ran smoothly and according to plan.
Scott was lovely, he and his team put us at ease and could not have done more for us on the day, they were very respectful, professional and personable.

Friendly, caring staff at the office, the hurse, and family car were presented in an immaculate condition. The drivers, coffin bearers, were all friendly, caring and efficient.
