Terri has been absolutely amazing at supporting us with the planning of our beautiful angels funeral. It’s been an incredibly hard time for us and she has really made the whole planning of the funeral as easy as it can be whilst making sure every element of the day is how we’d like it for our daughter.

Took a long time to answer emails, didn’t call back when said they would. Emailed the wrong address when they had the correct one on file which caused a delay with the coffin and this then caused a delay to visiting my brother.  Didn’t make a stressful time any less stressful.

They help us remotely arrange for the cremation of our Mother while we were over 3,000 miles away located in the USA. I would like to thank Stibbards, Shoeburyness, for the excellent and compassionate way in which they handled the funeral of my husband. Phone calls and emails were answered swiftly and David was kind enough to drop by on a number of occasions to collect/deliver paperwork and various other bits and pieces. Lee, the conductor, had a supportive approach on the day and did not rush us after the service. We were pleased with the celebrant, Karon. I did find returning of phone calls when making enquiries a bit slack,  otherwise everything else was very very good. My Mum looked wonderful in the Chapel of Rest. She looked peaceful and well presented. The services on the day were absolutely fantastic, very thoughtful and professional. The staff on the day were fabulous.  Her basket coffin was beautiful and well made and Stibbards acted out all Instructions for the afternoon and service. Would definitely use them again.
