Stibbards were so professional even during this COVID-19. They were supportive and accommodating with all our families needs with regards to our mum. Two people in particular spring to mind, Andrew in the office and Scott who led the day of the funeral. 
Friends and family said how well the whole day went and mentioned how well Stibbards did etc.
So thank you to all involved in giving my mum the best send off. As sad as the day was, it was beautiful. 
So thank you once again.

I want to thank Martin, and all of the staff members at Stibbards, for the compassionate way that they have looked after my family throughout the entire process of my dad's funeral. The contact we have had from both the Hadleigh office and the Shoeburyness one, from where dad made his final journey, was excellent. During a very difficult time, made harder by Covid restrictions, they have been nothing but kind and professional.

Everyone has been kind and caring and helped to ensure that John's funeral ran smoothly. The organisation of the vast crowd of people who attended the church service was exceptional. 

Pre funeral care was excellent and well managed making what was a difficult and painful experience for the family as easy as possible. The counselling service has been and continues to be a great help in coming to terms with the bereavement.

Cannot fault Stibbards on their outstanding service. From Kate who was so understanding and helpful with all the arrangements to Scott and his team on the day who were discreet, respectful and completely professional. Communication was excellent and everything was taken care of efficiently. We really felt that we were in the hands of experts.
The funeral was exactly as we wanted it to be, Peter Holmes the celebrant arranged by Stibbards was wonderful.
We didn't need to think about anything and the only way I can describe it is that it felt like we were gently carried through the entire process from start to finish.
They made a difficult time and situation as easy as it could be and we would without hesitation, highly recommend.

We approached several funeral directors after my sister died, and found everyone at Stibbards were very helpful, explained all the options available, which made us chose them.
They did not disappoint us, as all the arrangements prior to the funeral were handled very well and the funeral itself went smoothly.
