I would mention to hep improve your service that the grave stone got dirty from digging the hole so it would have been good if it had been wiped clean prior to the funeral.

Excellent Service from Karen the funeral arranger, we were treated with the upmost respect, courtesy and sympathy. Karen was a great help keeping us fully informed at each stage of of my Brothers funeral, it has obviously been a very difficult time for all of the family losing a loved one, it was made that little bit easier knowing that he was being taken good care of by Stibbards at Shoeburyness. On the day of the Funeral we met Scott the Funeral Conductor who arrived at my parents house to take us to the Crematorium, he was composed, helpful, respectful, informing us of the journey route, what would happen at the Crematorium etc, he took good care of the Family guiding us through the Ceremony, after the Funeral we were driven back to the Wake by Scott with an exchange of kind words we left Scott, who then took the flowers back home. A huge Thank You to Karen & Scott/ Stibbards a Professional Team.

She was kind calm compassionate and very knowledgeable.

She guided me through the organisation of our dear Ron's funeral.
with deceptive ease considering that at the moment I am,
'a one armed dyslexic technophobe.'
Her innate empathy and experience enabled her to help me to
precisely carry out Ron's wishes.

Karen was attentive throughout and so I knew what to expect and when.

I found her to be a truly lovely genuine lady and she has my family's and
my sincere thanks and deep gratitude for the peace of mind she brought
to us at this very difficult and sad time.
