Unfortunately we have had two deaths in the family in recent times.
We were keen to employ the services of Wakering funeral care for a second time as we had been very impressed with the quality of service provided by them first time. I have recommended Wakering funeral care to other people on a number of occasions for,apart from other factors,attention to detail in planning and and carrying out two funerals and providing high quality advice and support .

They carried out my instructions to the letter, so Mum had the service Dad had planned for her before he died with a part of me also represented in the service. I feel pride that I was able to have the service they both deserved.

They were very considerate and made me happy that he was in good hands and well looked after right down to putting letters to him in the coffin it was lovely. Also their aftercare where they provided the ashes to me and gave me a brochure for caskets and jewellery which I am really interested in. Thank you so much

From the start Susue and Mary were fantastic . So so supportive and tried to meet all of our needs as a family at this time . The care and empathy we recieved from them was exceptional.

Apologies for the delay in replying. 
I can only say thankyou to such a wonderful team at the
Co op. 
My first contact was to arrange mum’s funeral, she had already paid for this. My appointment was at Hockley, I was met by a lady and gentleman, I can’t remember their names but they were wonderful. They explained every detail and time was not a problem. They made sure that everything I wanted for mum, I got. 
Mums name was Violet and I asked if I could have this colour in the coffin. My request was met, it was not a problem with anything I asked. 
The Order of Service-I wanted something different as Mum loved Benidorm, so we had a beautiful photo on the front of the promenade and this was reflected through the OOS. 
The lady said with the photos I could have 3 or 4 photos put onto 1 print so I could use more photos showing mums life. 
So many people commented on how lovely it was. 

Susie and Rachel from Great Wakering were also amazing. 
They spent time making sure every detail was met. 
I wanted to see mum and this was arranged for me. Rachel said she had done mums hair as it wasn’t quite right from looking at her photo, that was such a lovely thing to do. 
Susie made sure that everything I gave to her was put in with mum. 
She looked beautiful and I can’t thank everyone enough. 

I will be arranging my funeral with yourselves and have recommended you to family and friends. 

I can’t imagine my life without my mum as she was my best friend too but I know I along with you all, gave her the best send off.

Could not fault the co op funeral care so professional as I would expect constant communication with plans of what we required for my mums funeral.
