Was all and more could have imagined for my wife funeral, Janice made helped and made the arrangement process which is all very personally difficult so easy and was on the phone whenever I had a question. The day went almost like apart from the hearse being blocked in so did get a bit nervous, however Scott was amazing and reassuring me from his phone call the day before from keeping updated on his journey to us then for rest of the day amazing professionalism from everyone and Scott and Darren amazing with my boys on a very difficult day. Laura was also amazing it’s very hard putting a lot thoughts and words to someone then not knowing what will sound like on the day and even I got yo read the eulogy before the day still very hard to imagine how will sound on the day but all went very well. All friends and family who attended said was one of the most beautiful send off they have attended. Thank You. 
Also not to forget the media team of the order of service literally took an idea and made it beautifully.

Jan, David and Jay were fantastic and I was looked after from the start of what was the most awful situation, right up to the end.

Janice the FAA at Westcliff office was efficient very kind and caring. A great comfort in my loss.
David and his team on the day were very kind and caring as well. The horse drawn hearse was splendid, well turned out and the horses well behaved. My Jeni would have loved the horses best.

From first meeting to final farewell we and our Mum, were in the very best hands.
Janice, funeral arranger, guided us through every aspect with kindness and compassion. She is personable and professional in her approach.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Rosie interpreted our thoughts on the design and format of the order of service booklet perfectly.
Scott and his Team were equally kind and professional from the outset. Scott took me through the day and ensured I was comfortable with how Mum's funeral would be conducted.
The day itself was indeed eased by Scott as he conducted his Team again in a kind, personable and professional manner. 
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stibbards.

The service provided by S. Stibbards & Sons was excellent throughout. Janice dealt with our initial enquiry and provided valuable advice and support throughout the arrangements. On the day of the cremation Scott sensitively and professionally led us through the process and made it easier for us than it might have been. Janice and Scott kindly and supportively resolved two issues that were not of their making taking much of the anxiety and stress of the day away from the family. I would recommend S. Scott saw my family through two very different funerals within a few weeks of each other - first dad, then mum. He was kind, calm, and patient, which was appreciated during the tumultous period of losing both our parents. He was brilliant when it came to organising the music and ensuring it was cued at exactly the right moment in both services. One was a Requiem Mass in the Catholic church, the other was in a chapel. Yet the calm and respectful mood from Scott and his team was felt the same throughout both services.
Thank you Stibbards for stepping in after our experience at the Co-op, and for ensuring we had Scott for both funerals.

Leo and Janice were excellent they explained everything clearly, we're accommodating and sensitive to our needs. They provided excellent customer service and made everything easier for us during our very difficult time. When visiting my father at the chapel they were very flexible with the times we could visit and we're professional, caring and friendly. The entire team at stibbards were amazing. David Wilson who wrote and delivered my father's service was excellent. He delivered it with such grace and gave us lots of support during the writing of my dad's life. He was very accommodating also with how we wanted the service to be.
Overall I would highly recommend stibbards and the team and all of the amazing services they provide.
