From the moment we walked through the door, Sally was absolutely amazing. She went through everything with us and made sure we knew what we needed to get organised so we could have the funeral at the time we wanted. She arranged for a fantastic celebrant for the service and ensured that we were kept informed of all the arrangements every step of the way. I am so glad Dad had arranged for his funeral to be conducted by the Co-op, I would like to thank them, and Sally at Rayleigh Funeral Care in particular for making a very sad time as easy as possible.

My family and I cannot thank all the staff at the Rayleigh office enough for looking after our father. They couldn’t have helped us anymore than they did from arranging the funeral, to looking after him in the chapel of rest and then onto his final journey. This was a first class service delivered by Co-op. Especially Steve Barbrooke the funeral director and his team. He was thorough in his organisation as expected and made the day a special day to remember. I cannot thank him enough. Sally Heynes was also excellent. Co Op in Rayleigh were absolutely brilliant in helping to arrange my lovely mum's funeral. Special shout out to Sally who put me at ease. Have to say my mum looked beautiful & peaceful . Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We did ask a lot of questions that were answered quickly or when Sally said she’d come back to us in a time frame she did. The Funeral was conducted with great respect for my Husband and the family, all our wishes were fulfilled. Thank you

Sally was extremely helpful and enabled us to give mum the funeral she requested. Which was: “No fuss, no funeral service and no flowers”. A Direct Cremation fitted this bill and we are very grateful for Sally’s guidance.  We were kept informed every step of the way and we can’t thank the Coop team enough for the care and attention we received.  Many thanks.

Unfortunately we have had to use your services 3 times in the last couple of years but without the help and understanding of Sally and the team it would have been a whole lot harder to deal with. Firstly I found the website very user friendly which encouraged me to call, Sally was very kind and understanding on the phone and helped us through the next steps. Our appointment to finalise all the details was held with sympathy in a calm, private environment. Couldn’t fault in what was a very difficult situation.
