Fabulous team. Katie in the office was so helpful and caring. Katie was easily contactable at all times and kept us informed regularly. Her design of the order of service was outstanding. Laura the funeral director on the day of the funeral was so professional and efficient she ensured that we could just concentrate on the funeral service as she quietly managed the arrangements and steered us through. We felt we were dealing with friends and are truly grateful to them.

What a great and simple process, unfortunately this was my first time organising a funeral and I was dreading the experience as I expect anyone would. The team made it a really easy and simple process with lots of help provided throughout. I would highly recommend.
