Katie Russell, the funeral arranger, was excellent from start to finish, leaving us very little to worry about regarding the funeral arrangements.  She thought of every little detail having approved the plan she suggested.  She was instrumental in arranging the Order of Service and we were delighted with the results.  The day of the funeral was led by the funeral director and his team who were impeccable and professional in every way.   We cannot fault anything that Co-op, Chelmsford did for us to ensure that the day ran smoothly.  We shall most certainly recommend them to anyone who requires services for their loved ones.

The family were treated with kindness and respect. They put themselves out to help with every request to make the day go as well as it could possible could. There was a few weeks delay until the funeral and we would receive a call at the end of every week checking on our wall being and letting us know who was on call over the weekend. They also called the following two weeks, just to check how we are getting on.
My funeral has been booked with the coop and I will feast peacefully knowing my family will be treated with the utmost care and respect.
