Jim could not have been given a better send off.All the team were so helpful and patient  which was so reassuring to me , as I was in a  bit of a spin with all the arrangements.
David Madeern gave  such an insightful eulogy, which touched everyone, I thank him most gratefully.
Debbie also always got things sorted, and the end result  was absolutely superb.

I have been sheltered from the loss of a loved one in that up until recently I still had both my parents. Losing my mum suddenly was all consuming and from the moment I engaged with LJ Tregunna I knew how helpful, respectful and supportive they were in helping navigate both the process and emotional rollercoaster. I couldn’t have done this without their support and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Absolutely flawless, the service from start to finish. Everything was carried out without any fuss with compassion, dignity and in the highest professional manner. Everything was checked double checked to ensure all our needs were carried out. They made the whole process easy and made a difficult time more bearable in every way possible, Debbie was outstanding as were all the staff I encountered Oscar must take a mention too.

In the interest of transparency, I am part of the team at LJT's.
From the first contact call right through to the service itself, all my colleagues helped and supported me in taking care of, and, looking after mother. My grateful thanks goes to them all. Everyone who attended the service at Penmount crematorium were very complimentary. For me, that's a ringing endorsement for everything that is done behind the scenes by everyone involved to deliver the wonderful send off the family had hoped for. Proper job!

When we tragically lost our son at the age of 30 Tregunna’s were the only funeral directors that we trusted and wanted to look after him, having used them previously. When we made the initial phone call we spoke to Debbie who couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. She arranged for us to meet with Kirsten to discuss details. She was also so sympathetic and explained everything in a calm and clear way, giving us lots of options to think about. Michaela was also involved throughout and was invaluable in helping us with some special requests we had. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept us involved with all the stages of arrangements and spoke to us regularly to ensure the service was how we wanted it. They were all amazing in looking after us. Kevin and his men were extremely professional and dignified and ensured that the funeral itself ran seamlessly which greatly relieved the pressure on us. They all helped to enable us to say goodbye to our precious son in the way that we wanted. Thank you to each and everyone of you.

I can't recommend everyone at L J Tregunna highly enough. They were all so kind, helpful and efficient. Every detail was attended to with compassion, understanding and professionalism, which helped make a difficult and emotional time much easier to navigate.
Although a sad day, it was a special and memorable one for all the right reasons.

From the moment I stepped through the door you have all been outstanding nothing to much trouble and looked after our dad and us as a family taking away our stresses and making and fulfilling our requests possible and just all the little extras of going beyond heartfelt expectations knowing I lived so far away and making it possible to see dad in the chapel of rest ❤️ really can’t thank you all enough for everything you have all done superb staff Kevin,Kirsten and Debbie a massive thank you ❤️
