All of the team were very caring, empathetic and considerate from the day passed to the time of her cremation. My wife and family could not have asked for a better service from an undertakers. Little touches made all the difference like informing me by phone at key times of certain events and treating my mum as a real person even though she had passed away.

At such an important time in life I feel Tregunnas gave my mum the respect and dignity she deserved. Thank you.

Losing a loved one is never easy to process and with all the additional administration that comes with arranging a funeral it can become quite overwhelming at times. When I lost my dear old mum a number of years ago, Tregunna Funeral Directors were wonderfully supportive throughout the whole process from start to finish. Because of this, when my dear old Dad's journey also came to an end quite recently, I had no hesitation in contacting the lovely people at Tregunna. Again, nothing was too much trouble and this difficult time was made all the easier to navigate knowing that Kevin, Kirsten, Michaela and all the other wonderful people who work for this service were there, working seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Tregunna Funeral Directors to anyone in need of such a service.

Tregunna funeral directors, have got to be the very best, funeral directors in Cornwall I really think they are the very best.
from the time you ring them they treat you with respect and look after you so well,all the young Ladys in the office are so lovely caring and help you though every stage, they were so helpful.
And the funeral director the same helpful caring, nothing was to much trouble.
Every one was so helpful and caring, they really are a family business.

From our first meeting our family felt comforted and cared for. All the staff were wonderful, warm, patient and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The service they provided was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and support. A special mention must go to Oscar who is truly pawsome, following my visit to the Chapel of Rest he knew exactly how to provide the comfort and love I needed, an increase in dog treats is a must. Thank you all.

Everyone on the Tregunna team were so kind and helpful in organising my brother Graham's funeral, and given that we were 350 miles away, they worked very hard to ensure everything was as we had wished.

On the day, the team's diligence, sensitivity and care made this sad event so beautiful, peaceful and serene.

We can't thank you all enough for the care and kindness shown to us and my lovely brother, Graham.

Jim could not have been given a better send off.All the team were so helpful and patient  which was so reassuring to me , as I was in a  bit of a spin with all the arrangements.

I have been sheltered from the loss of a loved one in that up until recently I still had both my parents. Losing my mum suddenly was all consuming and from the moment I engaged with LJ Tregunna I knew how helpful, respectful and supportive they were in helping navigate both the process and emotional rollercoaster. I couldn’t have done this without their support and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Absolutely flawless, the service from start to finish. Everything was carried out without any fuss with compassion, dignity and in the highest professional manner.
