From first contact by phone everything was absolutely outstanding every detail sorted without fuss or hassle 
So many have told me it’s one of the best funerals they have been too especially with lock down. They took all the stress away from me & I thank them for that . Unbelievably wonderful shall never forget it .

This was the third time in as many years as i have used these undertakers, and on every occasion I have been delighted with their professionalism care and kindness in dealing with the funerals for both of my parents and my wife.
This occasion was no different and every one that I had dealings with made me feel valued and more importantly supported, in "my hour of need" as it were.
I could not begin to find fault!!!!!

A few years ago Kevin Sue and the team looked after my father and it was without hesitation when our mother passed recently that I called them. At every moment they were attentive and respectful from collecting mum from home to the funeral and the crematorium at the end. At the same time we felt they were attending to the needs of the family with compassion respect understanding and friendliness which was so important at such a difficult time.  Nothing was too much.
