From first contact by phone everything was absolutely outstanding every detail sorted without fuss or hassle 
So many have told me it’s one of the best funerals they have been too especially with lock down. They took all the stress away from me & I thank them for that . Unbelievably wonderful shall never forget it .

This was the third time in as many years as i have used these undertakers, and on every occasion I have been delighted with their professionalism care and kindness in dealing with the funerals for both of my parents and my wife.
This occasion was no different and every one that I had dealings with made me feel valued and more importantly supported, in "my hour of need" as it were.
I could not begin to find fault!!!!!

A few years ago Kevin Sue and the team looked after my father and it was without hesitation when our mother passed recently that I called them. At every moment they were attentive and respectful from collecting mum from home to the funeral and the crematorium at the end. At the same time we felt they were attending to the needs of the family with compassion respect understanding and friendliness which was so important at such a difficult time.  Nothing was too much. Reassuring, kind and efficient service

We are so glad that at this most difficult and sad time, made more difficult by Covid, we were recommended Tregunna’s funeral services when my mother died.  At the very start Kevin explained what needed to be done and said that they would take care of everything, getting back to us on what they needed from us.  They were true to their word.  Everyone was polite, helpful and understanding, and we knew that we were in safe hands.  The team at Tregunna’s, and the celebrant they recommended, helped us to plan a funeral which was the very best we could do to remember and celebrate my mother’s life.  This included a webcast, which enabled family and friends in isolation or abroad to participate.

Tregunna’s have provided a first class service, we highly recommend them. From the time they took our dear Dad into their safe keeping they communicated with us sensitively. Every interaction with us was made unhurriedly as if we were their only customers. The staff became like family because they treated us kindly and their action regarding our dear dad were as if he was their family member too- care and respect with appropriate sensitivity. 
The business of arranging the funeral was made easy with the help and support of the team at Tregunna’s and they liaised with the minister, the crematorium, Obitus for the webcam and the registrar of deaths (in these lockdown times).
I will mention the viewing because the skilled team tended to our dad so well, he looked really at peace and in his own clothes. 
The funeral went off perfectly as planned, David our driver who had tended to our dad so well, drove us to rendezvous with the hearse, he sensitively gave us warning that we were about to join up with Dad - which we felt was so thoughtful.
Kevin had phoned me the evening before the funeral to go through the process on the day, he was so reassuring and friendly and he and the rest of the team took us under their wing on the day delivering us safely there and returning us back home again. Nothing was too much trouble. Telephone and email and face to face communications were all excellent. We had been recommended Tregunna’s by other friends. We have no hesitation in recommending them, we would use their services again in the future. Thank you so much to everyone at Tregunna’s.
