I have used L.J. Tregunna's funeral services on three occasions, for my Father, my Husband and my Son and, recently a dear friend, Mr. Heather Tylke and have found them to be outstanding in their efficiency, kindness and attention to detail . We are very fortunate to have such a caring Funeral Director serving the Roseland Area and I cannot praise them highly enough, excellent in every way. Their staff are kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble.

I'm honestly taken aback with how professional, caring and straightforward everything was from beginning to the day itself. Given that I've never been involved in a funeral arrangement before, it was great knowing the team at Tregunna's were there happy to help, even with something like getting a CD from my mum so there would be the correct version of a particular song played at the service. Everything was exactly how we hoped it would be, and a day I'm sure my Father would have appreciated. I can't thank the team there enough and thoroughly recommend them.

From the moment we made first contact until present day, we have felt completely supported and cared for by everyone (Michaela, Sue, Kevin and Kirsten).

On arrival to discuss arrangements for the 'Service', Kirsten kindly and patiently talked us through all of the processes surrounding this which was graciously received and was a great relief. We immediately felt at ease and supported.

Sue and Kevin kindly arranged for Kate and I to visit Paul which was significantly appreciated; both showing complete understanding of Kate's situation in having to travel home the following day. Again, on arrival, Sue showed compassion for us to be able to see Paul; taking the time to explain everything carefully prior to doing so. Kate was also incredibly happy to have received such love from 'Dee Dee' which was an unexpected (and gratefully received) bonus on such a hard day.

We also really appreciated Michaela's assistance with all of the support provided including setting up the 'Donations Page' for Paul.

The professionalism shown on the day of the 'Service' was exceptional. Nothing was left to chance and all our wishes were followed to the letter. Little touches like driving through St Agnes village and then onto 'Treswithian Downs Crematorium'. All undertaken in such a dignified manner having meant so much to the whole family.

Paul's 'Service' was all we would have wished for. Thank-You once again

I cannot praise LJ Tregunna high enough.   The staff are the most caring, wonderful people I have ever dealt with.  In what is probably the most upsetting and difficult  time, they take the time to listen and understand exactly what you need.  They have the patience of saints and have looked after both my parents so well.  I would and do recommend them to everyone.
