I cannot fault anything about L.J Tregunna and their customer care and service. We were kept informed and guided throughout the whole process of arranging and carrying out dad's funeral. Sue, Kirsten and Michela in the office were always on the end of the phone or email with any help and advice required and Kevin and his team carried out the days duties perfectly.
Highly recommend their services, all expenses clearly and sympathetically explained and no hidden surprises whatsoever (not that I thought their would be). Dad used L.J Tregunna for both funerals of his parents, my mum used them for my nan and my fiance used their services for both of her parents. A really personal service and friendship.

From the first meeting with the funeral directors they were extremely empathetic and efficient. The whole process went smoothly and culminated in a lovely funeral service which was much appreciated by Doug's family.

We are all so pleased we chose L J Tregunna for our lovely Mother's funeral. The whole team (including Monty, the beautiful big hound who greeted us) were very kind, highly professional, sincere and entirely sympathetic to our needs. We couldn't have been happier with the service Tregunna provided. Mum's funeral was absolutely perfect!

I can't say enough about how helpful Kirsten and Michaela were with shepherding me through the process of getting my father's ashes from California to Cornwall, his birthplace and where he wanted his remains to be buried. They made the entire process run very smoothly. On the day of interment I met Kevin at the Truro Public Cemetery and he provided a nice prayer as we placed the urn in the site. All in all a really good experience for a somewhat stressful occasion. The only minor glitch was confusion between the American month/day/year and the British day/month/year which led to an incorrect date on the temporary marker. The memorial stone that is being ordered will resolve this.

The family has used L J Tregunna's funeral services over many years and the service has always been very good. From start to finish they provide great support and nothing is too much trouble at a time when the bereaved perhaps find it difficult to focus on things. No hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

From our first meeting, we were extremely impressed by the efficiency and care afforded to us. Trevor’s funeral was organised and conducted in a personal and perfect manner. David Michael, the celebrant, conducted a wonderful, personal service.

Following the recent loss of my Mother, Tregunnas have not only treated her with dignity, care and respect but have made the whole process less traumatic due to their care, support and attention to detail. 
Sue, Kevin and team take pride in supporting families going through the worst experience of their lives.

From the collection of mum from her house the kindness and helpfulness we received were much appreciated. The efficient service in the whole process of purchasing mum's plot, contacting the registrar, organising the cardboard coffin, and many other small duties, was excellent. The assistance provided on the day allowed us to carry out mum's funeral exactly how we wanted it. All went smoothly despite the rain. It might have been helpful if cars were directed to appropriate parking, also that the music be a little louder.

Extremely friendly, professional staff, everything sorted on our behalf and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Really pleased we chose them, made a sad time much more bearable by not having to worry about little details.
