I can not speak highly enough of Heritage Funerials. Nothing is too much for them. The word No doesn't exist in their world what the customer wants the customer gets. They go above and beyond to make sure everything goes as you want it to on the day.

I cannot thank the whole team at Heritage Funerals enough for the way they helped me arrange my Dad’s funeral and gave me the reassurance that my dad was being looked after and cared for by everyone I met, I can not explain how much this help me in the early days.

From the first meeting with Nikki and Debbie I knew that Dad would be cared for. The expert guidance and emotional support that I received was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I knew I could contact them at any time with any questions I had.

They certainly went the extra mile in making sure my wishes for my dad were achieved and everything was exactly as I wanted.

Rosemary’s service was simply lovely. I would certainly recommend the team at Heritage who are second to none. Thank you.

The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. They were respectful and professional but also able to make me feel at ease whilst dealing with everything. They could not do enough to help and despite the terrible circumstances we had some fun sorting the arrangements out and this is a true tribute to their professionalism if they are able to make the experience, in a terrible way, enjoyable. Could not recommend them highly enough and I knew my Grandma was in fantastic hands, she would have loved all of you!

We chose Heritage Funerals after making a number of phone calls. Heritage were by far the most compassionate & caring regarding the loss of our Mum . The team were brilliant & gave us the confidence that they would do our Mum proud & they didn't disappoint. The Funeral arrangements went off very smoothly & others unable to attend were able to watch via streaming services made available through the Obituary page. Many thanks to all the team at Heritage Funerals.

Heritage Funerals are a lovely, caring and extremely professional organisation.
Nikki and the whole team were so thoughtful, considerate and caring throughout our journey with them.
Heritage Funerals performed an excellent funeral services for my late Dad. They treated him with dignity and were exceptionally helpful throughout the process from discussing initial arrangements through to viewing, bringing him to church and taking Dad to the crematorium. They never had no for an answer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone and seriously cannot thank Nikki and everyone at Heritage enough for all the support and guidance given to us at this most difficult and vulnerable time.

What a truly lovely group of people, my partner did not leave many instructions as she passed a lot earlier than she should have, but after finding Heritage and from the first phone call, and still till now they have been and still are amazing, attention to every little detail, and nothing is too much trouble, always available even just to chat, and so incredibly supportive in such a difficult time. Not pushy or unsympathetic in the slightest unlike some I spoke to. My partner was a people person and I know she would of approved of Heritage and would of loved the way she has been treated and looked after in their care, and if I could give more stars I would, cannot speak highly enough of them or thank them enough for all they have done. 100% first class.

The staff were very professional at all times and advised us every step of the way. They were very supportive and understanding and made a very difficult time as stressful and straightforward as it good be. We discussed with Nicky and Rosemary what we wanted and they did the rest ensuring we had no worries at all. On the day they made every effort to make my father in laws final journey as he would have wanted and personalised it to him. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did especially during these unprecedented times with all the restrictions, they went above and beyond to ensure he had the send off he deserved.

Can not recommend Heritage Funerals enough. They were so supportive and would happily answer any queries you had, no matter how small. They really listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas when we did not know. Rosemary spoke such beautiful words at the service, it was lovely. They all truly cared and it made everything a lot easier. Thankyou for everything. Can not recommend enough, they made a horrible time in our lives a lot easier and erased any added stress.

Excellent service from Heritage. Extremely compassionate and caring staff. We were impressed from the first meeting with them that the funeral would be organised to meet our family needs. Heritage did everything they could to make it the funeral we all wanted for our beloved mum.

My father died suddenly and my mother, brother and I cannot recommend Heritage Funerals highly enough. Organising a funeral is difficult enough - with current restrictions it's even worse. From the moment I called their 24-7 number, early one morning, and spoke to a warm and wonderful woman called Nikki, I knew we had chosen the best people to hold our hands as we arranged our first funeral.
From chasing the GP and coroner for the death certificate to arranging the obituary in the local newspaper, this small family firm takes care of everything. They gently advise when you clearly need help and they present options, so that you can be guided with the many choices that arise when you're grieving and less capable than usual.
Rosemary does the service - as religious or not as you like - and she is just fabulous. We had friends after the service ask how long Rosemary had known my father (she'd never met him) - that's how well she captured his memory.
On the day, the funeral director, Ieuan, was an absolute delight. He did all the thinking for us from leading us (and everyone else) in what we needed to do to collecting flowers and spare orders of service afterwards.
Honestly - this team is just the best - we will sadly need to use them again one day and we definitely will.

The family were grateful for the professional caring, respectful and dignified way that mums funeral was organised and managed throughout. The team at Heritage created an environment that felt safe to leave mum in their care, which instilled confidence for all the family that loved and cared for her. The funeral service was faultless leaving all that attended fulfilled and at peace.

The ladies and gentleman have made this difficult time as painless as they could. Heritage have so far been brilliant and explained everything to me on day one. It's been easy and they are very compassionate to how we are all feeling right now. They are very competitive in price too, with no hidden extras like I was expecting.
