After loosing dad, I didnt think I'd be calling you 2yrs down the line.
But like before you were there. Compassionate, caring and understanding from the moment you answered the phone.
And again... I honestly can't tell you how grateful I am for EVERYTHING you've done. Not just for looking after mum. But me too.
Again you're not just funeral directors. You're friends. And I will be forever grateful for the care you provided for both mum and dad. And I know mum would be pleased knowing it was you looking after her.

Careful and considerate. No detail was missed out even when last minute changes were requested.

The Order of Service was wonderfully done as was the webcam which people are still requesting.

I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful time much easier to deal with.

Heritage are very professional and caring funeral directors, they care about the person that has passed and take the stress away, making sure to explain things every step of the way, nothing is to much trouble, you just need to ask, I will never forget making that first phone call the Heritage and the support that was given from the start.
The service given from the start and on Mum's special day was beautiful, just what we wanted and the respect given to our mum - Dad's wife was given as if they had known her themselves.

On a personal note: Obviously arranging a funeral is a very stressful and difficult time, but you made it so much easier and added the personal touch and took great care of my mum, we appreciate all the love and support you extended us, THANK YOU Nicola and Brian XX

Heritage Funerals where absolutely fantastic in helping me with my dads funeral, having never done it before they helped me through every step along the way, Nikki and rosemary where amazing and nothing was too much trouble, they even added special little extras for me that I hadn’t requested to make it as perfect for my dad as possible.
