So happy I chose Heritage funerals in Dunstable.

From the first phone call I made to James, I straight away felt they were the right people to take care of my brother who had recently passed. 

James and Nicky’s kindness and respect with my brother and us as a family will remain with me forever.

I also would like to say that as although an unattended cremation, we were treated very respectfully by Heritage funerals who had made us feel welcome at all times.
Thanks again James and Nicky at Heritage.

I can't praise them enough. They were so kind, caring, and compassionate, and gave us the service we wanted,which was absolutely beautiful.
They looked after myself, my Brother and our family, from start to finish, and even helped us with the flowers 💐 and the funeral reception.

This was the first time I have ever had to deal with a funeral personally. I chose Heritage Funerals who were professional,and courteous throughout,and their fees were fair. We can't recommend Heritage highly enough. Rosemary, Nikki and James were extremely competent, yet totally compassionate, right from the start. They truly succeeded in their aim to deliver exactly what we wanted every step of the way, but offered some very helpful suggestions when appropriate. Nothing was too much trouble for these kind and caring professionals.

When your love one dies who do you turn too Heritage Funeral Ltd. From the start they were so warm and professional in dealing with a very difficult time for me and my children.I cannot praise them enough for always being on the end of a phone if I had a query which was dealt with straight away. There kindness and compassion helped me deal with the funeral and on the day showed such respect and consideration for me to say goodbye to my love one. Nicki and team were recommended to us by my sister in law.
From the moment we stepped in through the door we felt at ease and understood. Everything was said with total honesty and respect to my dad and us. We requested for Dad to be put in his own clothes and his favourite song. They went above and beyond for us and dad. He looked so peaceful. They have little touches like the chapel of rest is a bed not a coffin which makes the awful situation seem less morbid. Any questions we've had we have been answered quickly and we felt supported and informed throughout, but without being chased.

I highly recommend Nicki, James and Rosemary for anyone needing this service at such an awful time.
