As a family loosing your Mum at anytime is devastating, at Christmas time seems unfair. The team at Heritage especially Nikki and Rosemary made the process a little easier. Incredibly professional and personal in every detail. Nothing was too much trouble we are so pleased that we gave our Mum the best possible send off we could. Heritage are fantastic in your time of need, we would recommend them to anyone to look after your loved ones. Thank you for everything, really appreciated.

Us as a family of Mrs shekle cannot thank the heritage funeral family for making my mums day so beautiful, from the moment mum was settled in with them at katherine drive up until the funeral day. They had completed everything we asked for to do with the funeral. Flowers were beautiful too. They kept my mums body really well and prepped so that we could see our mum nearly everyday up until the day of cremation. Words cannot say how thankful we are from rhe bottom of our hearts. The team at Heritage is first-class. The care that they showed not only for my late father but for the wider family spoke volumes. The pride they take in their work and the importance they attach to ensuring that our wishes were respected could be seen in every facet of their work. There were no stupid questions and their was no ask that was too much trouble. I chose them because I had other reviews about the care they take in their work and they excelled my expectations. I cannot overstate the difference that made for us at our most difficult time.

From the very first contact Nikki was so helpful and friendly. Upon meeting, she clearly cared and had our best interests at hear5 making sure that all of our wishes were followed. Rosemary was just as lovely, patient, understanding and caring from start to finish giving advice but not pushy in any way. From the very first contact, they were compassionate, respectful, and attentive to every detail, making a difficult time so much easier to bear.

The collection of Gerry was handled with such dignity, and every aspect of the service was beautifully arranged. They also read out our letters that was heartfelt and thoughtful, creating a truly meaningful farewell. A special mention for the little moment of calling Sacha ‘Stacey’—it gave us a smile on a tough day, and we know Gerry would have appreciated that too.

This is the second experience with Heritage Funerals. Arranging the funeral of a loved one is extremely difficult but the wonderful team at Heritage take your hand and guide you through with such compassion and kindness. The beautiful space that my dad was resting and the respect he was given was humbling. Nothing is too much trouble and we have felt so safe and cared for.  Just can’t express enough in words of how grateful my family and I are. Excellent attention to every detail surrounding John’s funeral. Rosemary and Nikki were very kind, respectful, and professional at all times. It was lovely that I was given a beautiful small bouquet of flowers just before the service.

I cannot recommend the team at Heritage funerals,  Nikki, Rosemary and James highly enough. The team helped us deliver a beautiful service worthy of my amazing mum and they offered endless advice and support from the moment we first made contact with them.
 Nikki made everything as easy as possible helping us select the right choices for our family but never putting us under any pressure, her advice was invaluable. James looked after my mum beautifully while in their care, confirming every small detail that I worried about and Rosemary did a wonderful job delivering the service as our celebrant.
On top of all this every time they spoke to us they listened to our stories of my mum, they showed genuine care for our grief and they always had time for us. They made the hardest time in life a little easier.
