With unbearable sadness this page is being shared following the loss of our lovely Dad and Grandad. The kindest man and best Dad and Grandad anyone could have ever wished for. Sadly Dad passed away on the 24 August 2026. He is reunited with Mum and at peace.
Such a kind and gentle man with a wonderful sense of humour and who loved his family dearly. It was a privilege to call him Dad and Grandad.
Dad was also a loyal friend, especially to Brian Tanner and Joe Shipton and a role model for us all.
Please share your memories and photos of Dad and if you can indicate whether you will be attending his funeral that would be greatly appreciated.
We are asking for family flowers only and any donations in Dad’s memory to Garden House Hospice, there is no obligation.
