Bereavement support guides for NHS

During this unprecedented time, Funeral Guide is helping those on the frontline at the NHS by offering bereavement support guides to all NHS Trusts in the UK.

Working with a number of hospitals up and down the country, Funeral Guide is acutely aware of the pressures that frontline NHS staff are facing right now. Due to the increasing pressures of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Funeral Guide will be creating, producing and distributing bereavement guides to all NHS Trusts for free, in the hope it will reduce a small part of the burden that hospitals are facing every day.

Funeral Guide’s bereavement support guides include practical help and advice for the bereaved after a loved one dies in hospital. They are also locally tailored in order to be as relevant as possible. With social distancing measures in place, this information can be received by families both in person and digitally, enabling NHS teams to serve the bereaved whilst abiding by government lockdown rules.
