I have never had to arrange a funeral before. But if I had to do it again I would choose biffens every time. 
From the very first moment we walked into the door we were treated with respect and we were listened to. 
Nothing was too much trouble and I felt like I was guided every step of the way.
We told them what we wanted and they just carried it out with no problems. It was exactly what we wanted for mum. 
The funeral was professional, dignified, personal and quite frankly perfect. 
I could not recommend them enough. 
Thanks for everything. She would have loved it.

We have used the facilities and expert advice of Biffiins funeral services for several years in our family. For this reason we chose to use them for my wife’s funeral on this occasion. Once again the care and attention to detail was was first class , not only the presentation but the wonderful support and sympathetic treatment we were shown throughout our association. Grief is a hard thing to bear at any time but to be shown such understanding and reverance throughout wasmuch appreciated.
