Sarah and all the staff at Biffens were so wonderful and compassionate towards me and my family during the most difficult time of my life when I lost my Mum. They were so patient and a great support when we said goodbye to Mum. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you so much for the wonderful way in which you and your team handled the cremation service for my mother. John, you were professional, considerate and comforting at such a difficult time.Everything was wonderfully organised which enabled me and my family to focus on the memories of our lovely mother rather than the logistics. It really did make a tremendous difference being looked after by someone with genuine integrity, care and thoughtfulness.

All the staff have bean very friendly and supportive which helps a lot at this very difficult time,the friendly voice at the end of the telephone and all the staff on the day of the funeral were first  class thank you all from myself and all the family.

We cannot thank you enough for taking care of Dennis. You were not only there for Dennis but for us as a family. Your smiles when we entered your office made us feel so welcome & you took care of everything. Sarah looked after us so well on the day of the funeral & nothing was too much trouble. You are a very compassionate team & answered our questions without batting an eyelid. Emily went out of her way to make things run smoothly & we felt so well looked after. Thank you seems a very inadequate word when you showed such care & attention. I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you once again.

H Biffen & Sons Ltd did an excellent job of organising everything for my family at a very sad time. We told them exactly what we wanted regarding flowers, order of service, coffin etc and everything went very smoothly on the day of the funeral.
We have used them before for a family funeral and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you especially to John, Emily in the office and those assisting with the funeral on the day.
