From the moment I had contact from H Biffens@sons ltd, they advised me that Sarah would contact me to discuss my husband’s funeral wishes and arrangements, from the beginning Sarah showed compassion and empathy, at no point did I feel that they could not provide me with my requests, any questions or enquiries I needed answering after the initial meeting were always answered either by Sarah or her professional team, my whole experience from the beginning to the funeral of my husband have been dealt with true professionalism, I would highly recommend them to assist anyone who is experiencing grief regarding the passing of a loved one,should consider using this funeral company

Nothing was too much trouble and was helped and guided through all the decisions making that was needed.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone at Biffens for providing an amazing service for both my fathers funeral, and 8 months earlier my mothers funeral. They showed so much compassion and care at such a difficult time for us, losing both parents so close together. Nothing was too much trouble and their handling of arrangements to transport my parents back to Bridgwater from Gloucestershire was exemplary, dealing with all the bureaucracy to do this so professionally and taking the stress away from us. Then the organisation and effort that went into making both their services so personal was perfect. A special thanks to John, Sarah and Emily, I couldn't have got through such a sad and difficult time without your care and thoughtfulness. Thank-you so much.

Biffens were absolutely amazing at caring for my father and being supportive to me before and during the funeral service. I was so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and the rapport they were able to build with my family. I would recommend them to anyone for their funerals.

Cannot fault the team at Biffens, they dealt with pretty much everything, even though it was a quick turnaround (at our request). They were all compassionate and caring, with a friendly manner and made us all feel at ease throughout the whole process. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you
