Sarah, John and your amazing staff have been so kind to us, I have been a bit dippy, you all have steered me in the right direction with a smile and giggles, I sure needed the giggles. 
The day went off as we wanted, not organised or somber, the wake had a lovely atmosphere we all sat out side, Marie and her staff at the Globe did us proud, again nothing too much trouble, please thank the flower people, just what we wanted , just right. 
Richard and myself are away from the 21st -28th June. Will be in touch when we get back, can you keep the ashes until then.

Couldn’t have asked for more, super professional service, kindness shown in every step of the process. Any worries or questions were removed so quickly we just knew it was all under control, Biffens will do what you want not what fits a package price, and will advise on other areas too like registration and who to contact, Simply Brilliant

Sarah and John make the process of arranging the funeral straight forward with guiding hands when we have had questions.
