We as a family can’t thank John Biffins and sons in  the delicate handling of our beloved mum Florence.. from 1st call to the day of the funeral.. very caring kind and professionalism from receptionist to the pall bears to Mr John Biffin himself.. nothing was to much bother xxx

John and his brilliant team handled everything from the moment we went to see him. For family reasons, we had a very short time span to work with, further complicated by the temporary closure of the crematorium. Getting the death certificate registered in time was crucial and Biffens went above and beyond to assist in making that happen. As a result, the funeral went ahead very smoothly and the celebrant Rob delivered the service beautifully. His input into the eulogy was excellent.
