A light in the darkest time. From the moment I spoke to Odette, it was 'meant to be'. Sara, Tom, and Odette helped me so much, they were very friendly and treated me like they already knew me personally. Nothing was too much trouble for them, guidance and information, very clear and relevant to me. In the sad event you ever need someone, I cannot recommend this family run business enough.

It feels a bit clinical leaving a review for a funeral director, however; given the sudden and unexpected loss of our beloved daughter at the age of 16, we could not be more grateful for the gracious way in which all the formalities were handled.

My sincerest thanks to Odette and team for their compassionate, friendly, caring and efficient service in honour of my beautiful wife Julie.
Above all a very human approach in a time of great sadness for me.
Odette are able to provide a local service with the focus and local knowledge required.
Aside from this the smaller details such as sifting through nearly 3000 photos for the order of service supported me and mean't so much. They really nailed it.
