I cannot fault the service that Odettes has given. From start to finish, Odette and her two children gave my brother the best send off. Very professional and very caring. After having a terrible experience with a different funeral director, when my dad died 2023, I was very wary this time but Odette made me feel at ease and kept reassuring me, that it would all be OK..... and it certainly was.
If you want care , understanding, and a dignified funeral for a loved one, please please PLEASE , don't go to a chain.
Use this lovely family run business.

Tom and Sarah handled our earlier enquiries in a calm, friendly and professional manner and were extremely patient and thoughtful in subsequent meetings. When we were ready to engage their services and we met more of the team including Odette, they all proved to be as friendly, thoughtful and considerate of our needs and wishes and were extremely helpful in putting us in contact with further service providers then collaborating with them while keeping us informed to alleviate any potential stress.
From the initial engagement through the preparation, service delivery and post event administration, all involved were considerate of our needs, flexible to our wishes and ever helpful. In all they were able to take care of an extremely sad and emotional event in our lives with smooth precision and bring things to a memorable conclusion in a thoughtful and heartfelt manner. If I need their services again, I'd have no hesitation to re-engage with them.
