I had not seen Odette for a few years but naturally turned to her for a family funeral. Standards of conduct of the whole process were excellent, just as I had remembered. And everything was kept simple, just as I had hoped. Holders of Defence Discount Card or Blue Light Card should certainly take advantage of special attention from Odette.

I cannot praise Odette and her team highly enough. To face organising the funeral for my son was always going to be a difficult task. Odette listened to our plans and our concerns and gently aided us through the whole process. Even when our requests were not necessarily conventional, Odette was able and prepared to facilitate them. The greatest kindness to us and respect for my son was shown at all times. A very professional, compassionate and respectful service was provided throughout.
