Odette's funeral directors provided an excellent service from start to finish. Odette, Sara and Dan went out of their way to make what could have been a very stressful time much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always instantly available to sort out any queries or concerns.
They were really professional, friendly and reassuring. We cannot speak more highly of them and would not hesitate in recommending them .

In addition to this we would also like to thank Sue Randall, the Civil Celebrant who Odette found for us. She was excellent, very empathetic and easy to talk to. Sue did a sterling job with the eulogy and ensured that the service was everything we wanted for mum.
All in all Odette's provided a service which was second to none.

The lady  arranged by Odette to read the service she was excellent and again I would highly recommend (Lucy Till) she also visited the house and sent me a copy of her reading. Her support was invaluable

What a wonderful person Odette is…from the first meeting we all felt very relaxed and confident that we could leave all the arrangements in her hands without any worries.  Her ‘staff’ comprising of her son and daughter are a credit to her.  The day of the funeral they were all so very smart even though the temperature was in the high twenties.  I would like to say thank you to them all for making a very sad occasion a lovely memory of my mum. I would highly recommend Odette and her team.
