Odette and her family business could not have been better. My mum wanted to plan her own funeral after a terminal diagnosis. Probably not very often a funeral director meets their client whilst still living, Odette was wonderful, professional, kind and we had a laugh too when planning. ( very important). Mum knew what she wanted, and along with her and my siblings Odette made it happen. From the bespoke poppy coffin, to the music , to the photo tribute it was all as perfect as it could be for Mum, she would have loved it Thank you Odette.

Excellent, friendly service, made a very difficult process very easy and relaxed. You can't 'enjoy' these days but it helps when the team are on your wavelength and understand what you want the day to be. Odette, Sarah and Tom are all brilliant.
