All staff showed empathy and were very supportive as we endured seven weeks of waiting for the funeral to take place, through no fault of their own. On the day of the funeral, all ran smoothly and the staff were professional and also friendly which we considered a perfect balance.

Over the years we have had reason to use the excellent service provided by David and the team three times. They have never failed to deliver an outstanding level of service and support. Any question answered, help offered before you know you need it and support given when navigating the many tasks which are required to be completed. At Mother's funeral as it was spring I asked if it was possible to have some snowdrops included in her spray (her favorite flower). I know its not a flower florists can usually provide so didnt expect to see any. Simon very kindly picked some on the morning of the funeral and laid them on the coffin for us. That is the level of care and attention to detail which makes all the difference. Thank you doesnt begin to cover it..

I have never organised a funeral before and it couldn`t have gone better with Simon`s help.. My Mum had a Golden Charter plan in place which was a great help but everything went well from the `Order of service`, flowers, minister and Oakworth crematoruim. We were all very happy and grateful for everything they did..Thanks to all..
