The funeral went exactly as we had planned. Whenever I contacted them to check details or ask questions, I received a response within a couple of hours.they were respectful, helpful and attentive and gave advice when needed. They couldn't have done any more.

Our initial contact out of office hours was with Paul Gallagher who undertook all initial arrangements very professionally. From then onwards we were able to work with Simon Wheeler who was extremely helpful, he had a practical approach, kept us informed throughout, with timely checks to ensure all was in process and on  schedule.The service this company provided was exceptional and we would highly recommended them.

From the very beginning of collecting our late dad from home, to arranging the flowers, wake, viewing of our dad, the funeral and the after care of the ashes, Sam and his team showed nothing but professionalism, care, respect, dignity, kindness and made a very hard sad time for us as smooth and perfect as possible. Sam was always there to answer any question, calm any worry and made our "celebration of life" of our dad beautiful. He is an outstanding young man and would not hesitate to contact him should we need his services as we know it would be done with 100% care and attention to detail. He felt like a friend of the family and he had our best interests at heart.

My Mother passed and was fortunate that a friend worked for Gallagher's. I did not want a discount but a good send-off for my mum. Paul was excellent and professional with the whole thing. Where possible he would come to me to go through everything and it made the whole process easier. His attention to detail and Gallagher's options for everything were amazing. What was a hard time was made that little bit easier and would recommend these to anyone who wants a professional, courteous, and understanding service.
