We were aware of Gallagher's Family funeral directors from attending the funerals of other family members over many years and they were our immediate choice when our Mum passed away. From the very first contact we felt reassured by their kind but efficient support. Their approach is professional yet personal, with the emphasis on personal choice. They guided us through and helped us to make choices about every aspect. Our family knew what kind of celebration we wanted, where it should be, who should lead the celebrations etc and David and the Gallagher team helped us with every single detail, even suggesting things we had not thought of. Their fee structure is also very transparent with everything clearly explained. The overall process was meticulously managed, and we would not change a thing. Thank you to the whole Gallagher team.

From beginning, when my my mum passed away, to the funeral taking place, the team from Gallagher's have been marvellous. Polite and respectful all the time. Simon remembered us from arranging my dad's funeral 4 years ago and coordinated my mum's too. They are totally reliable and calmly supported us through all the things we had to do. All staff showed empathy and were very supportive as we endured seven weeks of waiting for the funeral to take place, through no fault of their own. On the day of the funeral, all ran smoothly and the staff were professional and also friendly which we considered a perfect balance.

Over the years we have had reason to use the excellent service provided by David and the team three times. They have never failed to deliver an outstanding level of service and support. Any question answered, help offered before you know you need it and support given when navigating the many tasks which are required to be completed. At Mother's funeral as it was spring I asked if it was possible to have some snowdrops included in her spray (her favorite flower). I know its not a flower florists can usually provide so didnt expect to see any. Simon very kindly picked some on the morning of the funeral and laid them on the coffin for us. That is the level of care and attention to detail which makes all the difference. Thank you doesnt begin to cover it..
