Thank you so very much for your efficient service that we received, Kirsty was brilliant and came and sorted out everything that was needed to be done, she was sensitive in manner and friendly, also the rest of the staff are amazing, we were able to grieve for Jean our Mam and not have to think of all the practical things because it was all taken care off.

We have used George Brookes for many years and have always been very pleased with everything they do. the order of service took a bit of getting right, but that would be our only criticism

Mum had told us what type of funeral she wanted. We talked to Kirsty who was so professional yet so kind and thoughtful. All Mum's wishes were incorporated with one or two superb additions. The care shown to us and the organisation on the day was so good. Every thing we thought we would need to do was sorted out for us and no worries what so ever. Such a sad time was made hassle free and the service was a beautiful goodbye to Mum. We cannot thank George Brooke staff enough

I am so grateful to all involved at the George Brooke company for the sensitive, thoughtful and helpful way they supported us from the night my husband died at home, all the way through, and even to a telephone call on the evening following the funeral. We had contacted them because they were recommended by a friend of my daughter.

Helen (née Brooke) came out to see us to discuss the funeral and explain things we needed to do in the meantime, giving us a very helpful company brochure which informed us of the 'tell us once service' through the Coroner's office, and prompts about things we had not considered. During the time until the funeral it was easy to contact them for help and advice. Helen led the funeral on the day, and her approach and manner put everyone at ease, particularly the children present.

The ceremony was conducted by Martyn Beecham, who was recommended by the company. He visited us and encouraged us to talk about my husband, making notes and later preparing a draft for us to discuss. During the service he spoke about my husband as if he knew him, because he had understood the essence of Don and delivered exactly what we needed.

I would recommend the George Brooke company to anyone, and I cannot thank them enough.

The unexpected death of my mother was the worst day of my life. The thoughts thereafter as to how we as a family were going to get through the funeral were simply unthinkable. George Brookes were recommended and I am so glad that we then met Helen. Her care, compassion, approach and understanding were a blessing to us. I breathed a sigh of relief when I knew mum was in her care and from then until the funeral, matters were dealt with by Helen and her colleagues in a compassionate and caring manner.
