I felt included and was consulted with every step of the way.  I never felt rushed or pressured in the important decisions I was making. I know a lot must go on behind the scenes and I thank everyone who was involved in caring for mum whilst she was with Brooke’s, but special recognition and praise to Helen, Judith, Claire and Kirsty for their professionalism, kindness and compassion. You are so good at what you do and you all made a very difficult time bearable.  I genuinely feel my mum could not have had a more wonderful “goodbye”. Thank you.

From the initial telephone conversation with Helen we felt comfortable enough to make the necessary arrangements for Malcolm's funeral. At this sad time we were guided through the whole process with care and support. The day of the funeral was well planned, organised and was carried out with professionalism and dignity by Helen and her team. All family and friends praised the Celebrant, Christine Freeman who did a superb job in summing up Malcolm's life.

George Brooke are the only company we trusted for Stephen's funeral. Helen and her team have been wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. It was also good that Helen knew what my late husband was like being an old friend from way back. This helped when it came to what he'd wear as I couldn't decide so asked her to choose.
Helen knew my husband wouldn't have wanted anything fussy and they helped me to create the best send off we could have in the present climate.

Having used George Brooks twice in the past three years I cannot recommend them highly enough for their care professionalism and just the right amount of humour and compassion towards my family when dealing with firstly my fathers then my mothers funerals. Even taking all the covid rules regs and restrictions into account we managed to give our mother a lovely send off.
