All the staff at George Brooke's, from the first telephone call in the early hours of New Years day, through the funeral arrangements, the actual funeral and afterwards, were very professional, caring and understanding. They knew when to give the client time, in any conversation, to gather their composure at what can be a very emotional time. Excellent service !

My family and I chose George Brooke's for my mum's funeral because of the wonderful care they gave her when my sister died.

From our first phone call to them, to the funeral on the day they are very professional and so caring in every way. They were always there with an answer to every call we made even if it was a silly question (thank you Clare)

Helen and her team made the day go smoothly despite the snow and mum would have laugh that her final journey was on the motorway
