A big thankyou to Jennifer Ashe & Son what an amazing team. Genuine caring lovely people. My son s funeral was superb, from the 1st day I walked into their building I felt supported and cared for. I could not have wished for anything more, the team looked after me and my family throughout. My son received the best send off, I could not have wished for anything more. Good communication at all times, regular calls to check in with the family, listened to what we wanted and delivered.
Celebrant Joe a wonderful genuine person captured my son's story perfectly. Phillipa very caring arranger great support throughout including beautiful flowers. Thankyou to Jimmy and Richard who supported on the day. Top team, 5 star service. The best. Thankyou,for helping me through a very emotional and painful time.

Absolutely perfect, faultless service from Jennifer Ashe & Son.

Around May 2025 they did the funeral for one of my best friends who died suddenly which is how I became aware of them. They did a fantastic job which was also confirmed by my friends surviving 90 year old parents. So as both my parents were well in to their 80s (mom 84, dad 88) & living with dementia I was always going to use Jennifer Ashe & Son when one or both passed away.

Sadly my dear old dad died on 2nd August 2026 and we had to arrange a funeral the same month as some of my dads friend's had holidays booked for September and wouldn't be able to attend. Despite this being a very emotional & sad time for me, my sister and brother Jennifer Ashe & Son were very respectful, dignified & professional all the way through the funeral process.

The actual funeral itself couldn't of gone any better. As my dad got into his 80s he was worried that he would end up having a 'paupers funeral' despite reassurances from us his children that he wouldn't. So when the time came we made sure that he got the 'best of the best' with his coffin carried to Bushbury Crematorium by two beautiful, white horses followed by two spotless hearses carrying the family. After the funeral service we were dropped off at my dads wake.

I Would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe & Son to anyone who is looking for a funeral directors for their loved one. A Definite 10/10 from me and the rest of my family.

What a wonderful funeral directors from ringing up to arrange going in and sitting down and booking the funeral.
When we went in and sat down with Philippa and talking to her and listening to you with interest at the most difficult time in someone’s life organising a funeral for a loved one. Then with Jimmy  who came in and organised dates for the funeral and then when we had the funeral and Jimmy lead the funeral with the team he had with him professionalism on this company from start to finish is incredible and would recommend to anyone who was looking to book a funeral it gives you a family environment and you are invited into the family and a difficult time.

From the very first phone call to the day of my dad’s funeral, the team were caring, compassionate and treated us with the utmost respect.
Knowing my dad was in their care gave us real comfort and peace of mind. They treated him with such dignity, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Our deep thanks and appreciation firstly go to our Personal Funeral Advisor, Philippa Neville. Pip treated my husband and I with such professional courtesy at our first meeting but at the same time was deeply personal and made us smile which touched us both greatly. Even though not always in person, it felt like she held our hand throughout the whole process from start to finish.

The funeral itself was perfect! Without exception, everyone who attended commented on how beautiful it was. The utmost professionalism, courtesy and consideration was shown by Jimmy and his team. They looked and acted impeccably!

The eulogy was not only beautifully written but was also beautifully delivered by Joseph Evans the funeral celebrant.

Sadly we have recently organised our third funeral this year, all of which have been through Jennifer Ashe, Willenhall.  Many thanks to Philippa for her care and respect for our young son, father and mother and to Philippa and Angela for showing compassion during our difficult visits to the branch.
Joseph is a wonderful young man, he has guided us through each service and has spoken beautifully of our loved ones.  Through unbelievable heartache, he has made extremely difficult conversations bearable.  Thank you Joe for your love, thoughtfulness and kindness.
Jimmy has looked after us on our most difficult days.  Again, a wonderful young man, professional, caring and thoughtful.
