The team put us at ease immediately.Phillipa and Steve took care of us and ensured that mom had the funeral she deserved.phillipa ensured mom looked beautiful.the service at the crem was superb Joseph was excellent .everybody went above and beyond to ensure our queen was given a beautiful end of life journey.

Jennifer Ashe have really excelled. They’ve been absolutely phenomenal handling my mom’s final journey. The amount of dedication and care really shows, nothing was ever too much for the team and they were really accommodating. Philippa has been an absolute rock through this difficult time and she really is one in a million, she is a very important and valued team member. Thank you so much for ensuring mom looked her best and thank you to Joseph for the beautiful words you spoke at the service, a very fitting tribute for mom. Sadly we have recently organised our third funeral this year, all of which have been through Jennifer Ashe, Willenhall.  Many thanks to Philippa for her care and respect for our young son, father and mother and to Philippa and Angela for showing compassion during our difficult visits to the branch.
Joseph is a wonderful young man, he has guided us through each service and has spoken beautifully of our loved ones.  Through unbelievable heartache, he has made extremely difficult conversations bearable.  Thank you Joe for your love, thoughtfulness and kindness.
Jimmy has looked after us on our most difficult days.  Again, a wonderful young man, professional, caring and thoughtful.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Phillippa for her kindness and caring guidance as we arranged the perfect funeral for our beautiful boy. As parents, we never expect to have to arrange our child’s funeral, but Phillippa was incredibly sensitive to the pain we were experiencing. Nothing was too much trouble for her, day or night, and she ensured that all our needs were met while we were grieving for our son.




We would also like to thank Jimmy, who looked after us on the day and ensured everything ran smoothly. He answered all our questions and guided us through this most difficult time. We cannot recommend this funeral director’s highly enough. From beginning to end, they handled everything with the utmost professionalism and the highest standards possible.

I can't thank Jennifer Ashe & Son enough for the way they looked after me when I needed their services. From the minute I phoned them right to the day of the funeral they have been there for me every step of the way.
Philippa at the Willenhall branch has been wonderful, always available if I've needed to ask anything and talked me through everything I needed to do.
Steve, the funeral director on the day led the funeral with dignity and respect and really looked after all the family on the day.
Joe also did an amazing job of being celebrant on the day. He provided us with a beautiful, touching service and it felt so personal to our loved one.
Thank you so much to you all especially those who work in the background who I haven't named, you are all appreciated and well thought of.

From start to finish, Jennifer Ashe & Son provided exceptional care, professionalism and compassion during such a difficult time for our family. Philippa was outstanding, organising the viewing, booklets, canvas, stationery and every detail with warmth and empathy. There were moments I felt completely overwhelmed, but Philippa and Jimmy’s guidance and great communication always reassured me.

On the day, Jimmy’s caring leadership ensured everything ran smoothly and beautifully. The horse and carriage were stunning, the flowers exquisite, and the whole service was carried out with dignity and precision.

Jimmy and the whole team are the ultimate professionals. Nothing is too much for them the cars and uniforms are spotless and they are there to help you through every step. I can't recommend them enough The care of my son was compassionate and careing as was the care of us as a family. I will be using their services again in the future. Perfect.

From the very first meeting, Jennifer Ashe helped us through this difficult time.

The reception area at the Willenhall branch is welcoming, bright and smells beautiful.

The staff, Phillipa, Funeral Advisor, Joseph our Celebrant and Richard, our Cortege Leader were very friendly, professional and personable throughout.

Phillipa has an appropriate sense of humour and made us feel at ease. We knew we were in safe hands.

Joseph visited us twice at home to ensure the Eulogy was as we wanted it. He went the extra mile including poems and songs that we had chosen. He is friendly, calm and very easy to talk to.

Richard telephoned the night before the Funeral to put us at ease with the arrangements for the day. He invited us to do the walk at the crematorium to pay our respects.

Monika, Jennifer Ashe flowers was chatty and friendly. We were able to see the flowers that we had chosen on show in the shop.

There are lots of funeral companies out there, but we are so glad that we chose Jennifer Ashe & Son.

Hi I have to say the professionalism of Jennifer Ashe funerals was second to none the care they took with both us and our family, and the looking after our deceased Dad/ Grandad was fantastic nothing was to much for them even till the last few days when we changed from having a hearse for a 2 horse carriage, the owner John Ashe did it for us, and for that we are eternally grateful, Also all the Staff from Phillipa who did the arrangement, and Jimmy who led the procession both were fantastic and mot forgetting Martin jinks who led the service at the Chapel we could not fault them all. Massive Thankyou to you all. There would be no hesitation to recommend Jennifer Ashe funerals if you want a Company that puts the care of everyone else first.
